On the morning of September 9, the School of International Education held a tutor salon activity themed Improving students' oral English skills. Professor Zhu Hongqing of Southeast University served as the tutor of this session, focusing on how to establish a training mechanism for more students' oral English skills. Teachers and student representatives participated in the salon.
Professor Zhu commented on the performance of the contestants who will participate in the national championships this year, proposed how to overcome their weaknesses in a short period of time, maximize their personal advantages, and gave good suggestions in terms of clothing, behavior and other details.
This salon activity further enhanced the teachers' concept of promoting teaching and research through competitions, helped young teachers learn from older teachers and improve their teaching ability, and also played a good role in guiding the project-based teaching reform carried out by JMI.
