In order to further promote the standardized and institutionalized development of school network security and informatization work, on the morning of June 14th, JMI held the second plenary session of the 2024 Network Security and Informatization Leadership Group (referred to as the Network Information Leadership Group) in Room 201 of the Administrative Building. The leader of JMI's online communication leadership group, Secretary of the Party Committee Wan Jian, and Principal Wen Huabing attended the meeting and made work arrangements.
The meeting listened to the report on network security work since 2023, reviewed the newly revised management measures for school network information security, and also discussed the demonstration of information technology application achievements in the selected digital pilot schools of the Ministry of Education and the implementation plan for the one shot breakthrough experimental group of universities.
Wan Jian affirmed JMI's network security work in the past year and put forward specific requirements for the construction of the network security system. He emphasized that network security is the cornerstone of information construction, and the establishment and improvement of rules and regulations are crucial for the smooth progress of network security protection work. All members need to deeply recognize the importance of rules and regulations, ensure their continuous and effective operation in practical operations, and jointly build JMI's network security defense line with a high sense of responsibility and mission.
Wen Huabing provided specific guidance on the display of information technology application achievements in the digital pilot schools of the Ministry of Education. He pointed out that this exhibition is not only a comprehensive test of JMI's informationization level, but also an important opportunity to promote JMI's informationization construction. He requested that all functional departments work closely together to deeply explore the application scenarios of maritime characteristics, and that the Smart Campus Construction Department be responsible for coordinating the data integration of various application systems to ensure the richness and vividness of the displayed content.
The convening of this conference has effectively promoted the network security protection and information application work of JMI, and also provided a solid network security guarantee for the high-quality development of JMI. In the future, relevant responsible units and officials of JMI will continue to strengthen their sense of responsibility, build a strong security fortress, and under the guidance of development plans, combine with reality, overcome difficulties, and strive to promote network security and information technology work to new heights.
